Terms of Service
General Terms of Use & Workshop Regulations
1. Object and Scope
These Terms of Service regulate the access, browsing, and use of the official website of Moldeando Caminos™ (owned by Rosa Rodríguez), as well as the reservation of pottery workshops and purchasing of handcrafted ceramic products.
2. User Obligations
By browsing this site or submitting form data, the user agrees to:
- Provide accurate, current, and truthful information in contact and newsletter subscription forms.
- Not use the website or its contents for unlawful purposes or contrary to good faith and public order.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Moldeando Caminos™ and Rosa Rodríguez.
3. Handcrafted Nature of Products
Each piece of pottery at Moldeando Caminos is individually handcrafted on the wheel by Rosa Rodríguez in Consuegra, Toledo. Small variations in texture, color tones, measurements, or glaze finish are natural characteristics of traditional ceramic craftsmanship and enhance the uniqueness of every piece.
4. Workshop Bookings and Cancellation Policy
Reservations for pottery workshops and creative experiences at Moldeando Caminos are confirmed once the payment is completed through our official booking engine (AntuNext) or direct authorized channels. Spots per session are strictly limited (up to 12 participants in full workshops) to ensure personalized instruction, safety, and a high-quality gastronomic service.
Cancellation and Refund Tiers
- More than 7 days prior to the event: 100% full refund of the amount paid.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 48 hours before or no-show: No cash refund will be issued due to fresh kitchen supplies and technical studio setup. However, you can freely transfer your spot to another person (friend or family member) by informing us in advance.
Kiln Firing, Finished Pieces, and Pickup
Ceramic pieces created during workshops require slow natural drying, glazing, and double high-temperature firings (over 1000 °C). Pieces will be ready in approximately 15 to 30 business days. Pickup at our Consuegra workshop is free, or certified mainland shipping can be requested (+15 €).
5. Online Store Purchases & Return Policy
Physical ceramic items purchased via our online store are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Standard in-stock catalog products carry a 14-day legal right of withdrawal (buyer covers return shipping). Pursuant to Art. 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), personalized, bespoke, or made-to-order ceramic creations are exempt from withdrawal and non-returnable. Breakages during shipping must be documented and reported within 24-48 hours for immediate replacement.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, brand assets, imagery, product designs, and content published on Moldeando Caminos™ are protected by trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any conflict or dispute will be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Toledo, Spain.
