Frequently Asked Questions
No, not at all. The experience is designed for beginners. Rosa will guide you individually so you can feel and model the clay from the very first moment.
It includes the guided modeling and wheel workshop, materials and tools, drying and high-temperature double-firing of your pieces, welcome drink, full traditional lunch (starters, main course, dessert, local water and wine), and subsequent certified home shipping of your finished pieces to your address in mainland Spain.
The ceramic process is slow and requires natural drying for several days before the first firing, followed by glazing and a second firing over 1000 °C. You will receive your ceramics at home within 15 to 30 business days after the activity.
Yes, completely. They are glazed with professional lead-free glazes and fired at high temperatures, making them completely food-safe and both dishwasher and microwave safe.
We work with groups of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 people to guarantee a close learning environment and an intimate, high-quality lunch service. You can book individual spots to join a group, or book exclusively if you are a group of friends or a company covering the minimum spots.
We completely understand that life happens and plans can change. Because our workshops are held in intimate small groups with fresh local food and dedicated wheels prepared in advance, we handle cancellations with clarity and care: more than 7 days in advance you receive a 100% refund or free date change; between 7 days and 48 hours before you receive a 50% refund; and with less than 48 hours we cannot offer a cash refund due to fresh provisioning, but your spot is never lost: you can freely transfer it to a friend or family member to attend in your place.
